Please remember that PicSkinner is '.net' software, and needs the .Net Framework to run.

The .net framework is not part of the purchased download.

The software download is available as a single Windows Installer file (approx 1.9MB), or a zip archive (approx 1.1MB) which includes installer bootstrap.
