RESALE LICENSE TERMS
  1. The terms of this additional license take precedence over any conditions of the End User License Agreement for the PicSkinner software which are specific to the right to resell the software.
  2. This license does NOT grant waiver of any other terms and conditions of the End User License Agreement.
  3. You may sell the PicSkinner software from your own web site.
  4. You may automatically assign resale rights to customers purchasing from your own website.
  5. If you assign resale rights, you MUST include the text of this license in your publicly accessible web site content.
  6. You may determine your own price at which to sell the software.
  7. You may download and use any of the FREE MATERIAL available at www.picskinner.com to assist in marketing the software.
  8. You may provide links on your site to the FAQ and SUPPORT pages at www.picskinner.com.
  9. You may NOT charge any additional royalties or fees when selling the software.
  10. You must NOT provide the software free of charge.
  11. You must NOT sell the software by means of auction.
  12. You must NOT use unsolicited commercial e-mail (spam), unethical or offensive methods to market the software.
  13. You MUST set up order processing, transaction facilities, and delivery from your own web site.
  14. You must NOT provide any link to the download area at www.picskinner.com.
  15. You must NOT purport to represent the software author or the business at www.picskinner.com.
  16. The provider of the PicSkinner software does NOT provide instructions, guidance, or help for setting up your web site, transaction, or download facilities.
