SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
You need to be running Windows® XP Home or Windows XP Professional, and you must have the Microsoft .Net Framework installed.

The PicSkinner FAQ page shows how to check if you have the .Net Framework, and how to get it if you haven't.

DemoSkinner can also be run on most Windows 2000, Windows 98SE, and Windows ME platforms provided that both the Microsoft .Net re-distributable and Windows Media Player 7 (or higher) are installed.

You may need to have administrator rights to install the software, depending on how your PC is set up.

The download is zip archive. After downloading, extract the files with Windows Explorer or WinZip, then double-click on the extracted file Setup.exe.
